Rain!!!!!

I would like to seek out support my friends and family back east. It has been raining all morning, and it's very cold(about 55 degrees). Since Heather, Chloe, and I moved to San Diego, we have become instantly unaccustomed to such unpleasant weather. How do you guys in D.C. deal with these inhumane conditions?
